Because our products are released in limited drops, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing choices
  • General wear after purchase

Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.

 

Refunds

 

If a refund is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
